Antico Ristoro Cambi is a great example of what a good pasta and steak restaurant should be. Their dishes are excellent, with perfectly cooked pasta and a standout Florentine-style osso buco that’s a real winner. While many places in Italy surprisingly fall short on pasta dishes, this one gets it right. The only area for improvement would be their house wine, a Chianti, which didn’t quite meet my expectations.
