Tenuta Sant'Ilario in Gambassi Terme is a charming boutique farm hotel nestled near the small town of Gambassi Terme, Italy. Despite the narrow roads that barely accommodate two cars, driving through the scenic Tuscan countryside was a pleasure. The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a staff that was always attentive and helpful. Each morning, they serve a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, ensuring a perfect start to the day. If I return to the Tuscany area, this would be my go-to stay. It’s conveniently located near popular cities like Lucca, Pisa, and San Gimignano, making it a great base for exploring the region. Tenuta Sant'Ilario also boasts its own restaurant, where you can reserve dinner and enjoy meals prepared by an excellent chef using fresh ingredients grown on the property.
