Our Desert Safari, Camel Ride & Al Khayma Camp with Ocean Air Travels was an exciting experience, but there are a few things to note about the tour options. We did the 4-hour tour, which included an optional quad bike ride (for an extra charge), dune bashing (which was quite intense—if you have a light stomach like me, it might be a bit too much), sandboarding, and a short camel ride that ended too quickly. At Al Khayma Camp, we were offered water, filter coffee, and tea, and we also got a chance to take photos with a falcon. However, since our tour was only 4 hours, we did not get dinner or any entertainment. If you want the full experience with BBQ dinner and live performances, you need to book the 7-hour tour.
