Long time ago I traveled with Delta Airline. I was not a happy experience at all. Therefore, long time I was not even considering them exist in airline industry. Lately many of my friends suggest me Delta and talk very good about them. That is why I decided to give a one more time change to them. I flew between NJ to Bogota, Colombia. They had a connection in Atlanta and as always happens in domestic flights Newark to Atlanta was very basic. Atlanta to Bogota flight was better. Bigger and newer plane. They did not have any food option in domestic flight, in international flight their food option was really bad. Specially if you required Halal or Kosher food. They gave me only one apple and one orange as a food. For sure they need to improve their food service. However, their customer service was very helpful. I got sick in Colombia and doctor did not let me travel the day I should take a flight. After I explain the situation, they let me change my ticket without any charge or hassle. Well, I had a comfort class ticket. it would be the reason. But I appreciate their understanding.
Comfort class seats are bigger and space between seats are good enough.
Generally, I do like the flight experience except food problem. |
