We've been here in Sunday evening it is a cozy, friendly family-owned comfort food restaurant. Ethnic music is at a low level. The servers are very friendly and made me feel very much at home but they very so slow perhaps kitchen wasnt big enough to serve full house restaurant.
I want to try their traditional foods such as Broch (borscht) soups, Manti and Uzbek Plov. Because of their crowed they didnt have broch soup, so it was a disappointment.
We received manti 30 min after we seat down. It was very delicious dish that I remember back then. Only one comment they didnt serve enough yogurt sauce but if you ask, they bring more.
Uzbek Plov is their another most famous dish; Rice pilaf cooked in a kazan (big pot) with chunks of beef, carrots and chickpeas. Seasoned with cumin. It should be salat with is but basically, we got some cucumbers and tomatoes pieces. Portion for the price was very small Traditionally it should come with naan or pita bread but it came with hard classic Italian bread. The reason it comes with Naan is that people can eat this delicious plov with their hand of course with help of naan bread, you cannot do it with Italian bread. I have to mention one more thing; meat had so much fat in it that we feel that we didnt eat any meet. So this was another very big disappointment for us.
Conclusion, I wouldnt go back there because that is not enough things that catch me, price vs. quantity food ratio is not good and lastly wait time is very long.
