I`ve visited this restaurant four times, making it a must-stop whenever I`m in Cali. For both myself and the locals, it represents the pinnacle of clean, authentic local cuisine.

I`ve sampled nearly everything on the menu, and it`s all exceptional, providing a genuine taste of Valle Caucan food. This time, I ordered the Pescado Pacifico De Mama Dominga (Mother Dominga`s Pacific Fish) a perfectly grilled 180g Corvina fillet served with marinara sauce, plantains, and the unique Ringlete rice, which is white rice mixed with overcooked rice pieces. This dish is named after Dominga, a cherished local chef known for her radiant smile and joyful presence in the kitchen. Though she no longer works there, the owner honors her legacy by naming this creation after her.

As always, the meal was delightful.

To top off a wonderful meal, I indulged in another local dessert, Aborrajado. This sweet treat consists of ripe plantains stuffed with double cream cheese and guava, topped with mango sauce. It`s a superb dessert from the Valle Cauca region, and I absolutely love it.
