Lovely food

I ate many times in Momofuku which is other David Chang restaurant. Once I heard that he opened in Hudson Yards I decided to come and try it. That wasn't difficult to have a table.
It is kind of elaborated Korean food. His menu goes small plates to big. it organized for share dishes.
First we ordered salad for opening our appetite. Salad was very simple but what it different was its sauce. Sauce was tick; it had feta cheese, sweet soy sauce, some nuts. it was really delicious sauce.
Our second dish was tick and chewy noddles stew. Waiter brought stew in iron sauce pan and cut noodles in front of us by scissors before serve our dishes. It was also amazing very tasty dish.
Our third dish was Korean sushi. Spicy Yellowfin Tuna with myoga, and crunchy scallion. Sushi is little spicy but sauce which is at the middle of the plate is much spicier. Eat very carefully.
Our last dish was Wagyu meat set. Set comes with soup, rice, fried vegetables, kimchi and wagyu meat. everything was extraordinary except fried vegetables which was very greasy. It is sad because it wasn't fitting this outstanding set.
?I definitely recommend a visit to Kawi and can't wait to return!
