Best Food in Town

When I asked a friend where to visit in Nashville, she suggested to me Rolf & Daughters. Well because we went there evening time it was dark when we got the street that wasnt looking like a good restaurant location at all.
We were kind of lucky that we found a table. They definitely very interesting cocktails however we didnt try any of them, first I asked to try their sourdough bread with seaweed butter.
The first dish was the sourdough and I get a little bit disappointed because the butter wasn't as creamy, rich and flavorful as I expected. Was like just a good butter, with nothing remarkable about it. The bread was good instead.
I ordered Gemelli, hazelnut, nettle, thai basil and my friend get Chitarra, clams, chorizo verde, fennel pollen and my wife get Sea Bass, turnip, lovage, lemon, green garlic.
Except my friend dish I tried everything and I should say that every single bite was flavorful gorgeous.A complex dish hiding behind a simple description. The pasta was homemade and perfectly cooked. It was so tasty that I cut little pieces to can taste the pasta as lower as it deserved. The cultured butter sauce was an incredible surprise, almost kind of cheesy, a little bit spicy, and a little bit bitter. A perfect pasta dish after a great meat appetizer.
For dessert we also tried three different deserts: Pear, buttermilk ice cream, spiced honey, rose, Toasted rice mousse, whey caramel, grapefruit, fig leaf, Sourdough ice cream, huckleberry, chocolate. Was the perfect end for an amazing dinner. Same as in main dishes very complex taste mix and very balance sweetness, perfect dessert. Even though perfect dinner I can even return there for dessert. Loved this place.
If I will go back to Nashville I will definitely go back there again.
