After I stayed there 3 nights I want to extend my stay 2 more nights but they told me they have no vacancy. However, wait in 5 min some how I found room. Staff wasn't helping at all for loyal client like me. But thanks to the internet guys everything worked well.

Best think about this hotel is the location, it is located in the heard of Manhattan. It is located in Hell's Kitchen which also known as theater district a block away from New York's Times Square. However it is not good for parking. Hotel doesn't have parking and street parking is almost impossible.

Room's were small but it has a balcony which was huge plus for me and it was clean. I didn't like the comfort of their pillows but they didn't have any other pillow option. Because, I stayed in executive room our floor had a executive lounge which we has continental breakfast, cold and hot drinks. Continental breakfast room (CBR) wasn't too big but I never found crowded. Patrons have a access to CBR with their room key, and you can find something to eat in there all the time.

I guess all their stuff speaks Spanish.
I didn't use their business center but they have 4 computers with printer at the lobby.
At the end I would definitely suggest this hotel. ...More
