I tried tortilla in many locations. In big different Casa Dani make the best tortilla in Madrid. It is perfectly cooked creamy texture with caramelized onions which gives sweet taste to it. We ate�there two days in a row for the tortilla and that was same without any change.

Spanish omelette�or�Spanish tortilla�is the English name for a traditional dish from�Spanish cuisine�called�tortilla espa�ola,�tortilla de patatas�or�tortilla de papas. It is an�omelette�made with�eggs�and�potatoes, sometimes also with�onion; cooked in oil and often served at room temperature as an appetizer. I tried both and for sure caramelized onion gives sweet taste to it which become my favorite.

Definitely, recommend you to try their tortilla.
