Ajiaco is the typical Bogotan soup. It is basically potato soup with chicken pieces in it. It is delicious if made well. This restaurant which you can find many locations in Bogota and they won Best Ajiaco award in 2014. It comes main Soup with corn on the cob, rice avocado, capers and cream.
