Cem Gulden![]() I am extremely disappointed that your app assigned separate middle seats for my wife and me. It feels as if we were not considered valuable enough to be given better seating options.
To make matters worse, when we tried to seek assistance to change the seats, no one was willing or able to help us.
This experience made us feel disregarded as customers, and it added unnecessary frustration to our trip.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving both your seat assignment system and customer support services.

Cem Gulden![]() Unfortunately, my recent trip started with two delay notifications. However, despite these alerts, the airplane eventually began boarding on time according to the original schedule.
Due to the earlier delays, it seems the crew (possibly the pilot) had not arrived yet, and we were forced to wait an additional 40 minutes inside the aircraft.
Although the trip started poorly, it was a short flight, and overall the flight itself was manageable.

Cem Gulden![]() Upon arrival at Newark Airport, we were informed that our suitcases had been left behind — it seemed we were the only passengers affected on a full plane. As we needed our luggage, we decided to wait approximately one hour for another plane to arrive.
During this time, I spoke with two different baggage service employees who informed me about which carousel my suitcase would arrive at and when. To double-check, I went back a second time to confirm the flight number with another staff member, who even showed me how to find the information using the United app.
After waiting for three and a half hours, the carousel started moving — but again, our suitcases did not arrive.
We returned to the baggage service area for a third time and spoke to another staff member. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing.
I am very disappointed and frustrated by the way we were treated from start to finish.
