I stopped by Pappas BBQ while attending a convention nearby — it’s just a short walk from the convention center, which was perfect for my schedule. I ordered the Prime Brisket Burger and a regular Cheeseburger, and both were excellent! The brisket was flavorful and juicy, and the cheeseburger hit the spot.
