Efficient service and great traditional flavors! Even though there was a line at the door, the service at Kebapçı Huseyin was impressively fast. They serve just one thing — Bursa’s famous İskender kebap — and they do it very well. The meat was tender, the sauce rich, and the butter just right. After the meal, they served us süt helvası, a traditional Bursa dessert, which was a perfect sweet finish. Simple menu, fast service, and delicious food.
