Cem Gulden![]() Çamlıca Camii, perched on Istanbul’s highest hill on the Asian side, is the largest mosque in Turkey—and an architectural masterpiece blending classical Ottoman design with modern touches.
The mosque is massive, serene, and beautifully designed, with six minarets, spacious courtyards, and intricate tilework. Inside, the main prayer hall is breathtaking, with a huge dome, elegant chandeliers, and peaceful ambiance.
One of the highlights is the panoramic view of the Bosphorus and the Istanbul skyline—absolutely stunning, especially at sunset or night when the city lights up.
There’s also an Islamic art gallery, library, conference hall, and plenty of open space for families and visitors. It's easily accessible and very well maintained.
