I know this bakery since 1997, first year that they opened. They started with honest work etic and good products since then they improve many way. Beside of selling their product in their store, they supply many restaurants and grocery stores. Today they improve one more thing... They had a small store in their factory in Paterson, NJ and today they opened their new factory store which is much better then previous store. It is specious, clean and mostly designed very well. You can see all of their products in displays, organized and clean looking. I know their product quality is excellent and sincearly wishing them alots of succes in their new store.
