I normally prefer direct flight but Copa Airlines had better price then others. that is why I flew with them. Plane was clean. crew was helpful with smiling face. However that was very poor In-flight entertainment system. Their plane don't have those individual TV system in each sits. Also I should say their food option is very limited as well. I request several times Halal food but they told me they don't have that option. Even thought all those negative issues I would suggest as a safe and comfortable airline. But I hope they develop themselves. ...More
