This is new franchising hotel in la boquilla area in Cartagena. It is 4 star very big and WHITE building. I got several issues in the hotel first one was two times receptionist told me that will send somebody to help and didn’t send. It is not okay to say something that you will do and not do… Secondly room service tried to charge me cash for the food that I ordered. My room was looking to other side of ocean but still have good view. They have comfortable bed. They do not have any option to change language in their TV channels and my free internet stop working in the morning. They also have small size pool and connection to beach ...More
